Registration

• Commercial Vendor – $200.00
  This is for any individual, business, or organization that is selling items commercially (books, services, etc.)
  
  This fee provides vendor with one table for display of merchandise. There is an additional fee for electricity, determined upon registration.
  
  All sales taxes are the responsibility of the vendor.
  
  All commercial vendors must register to attend the WWA convention if they wish to attend any events, sessions, or meal functions.
• Commercial Vendor - Member – $100.00
  This category is for members of WWA who wish to sell books at the convention. All sales are handled by the vendor. All sales taxes must be handled directly by the vendor with appropriate tax authorities in the city and state.
• Non-profit Organization – $100.00
  This is for 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations whose mission supports Western Literature.
  
  This fee provides vendor with one table for display of merchandise or goods. There is an additional fee for electricity, determined upon registration.
  
  Fees for Non-profit Organization vendors may be waived if donations are made to the Homestead Foundation Auction (contact wwa.moulton@gmail.com for details)
