Charlotte Hinger is a multi-award winning novelist and Kansas historian. Her historical novel Come Spring, was published by Simon and Schuster and won the Medicine Pipe Bearers award. University Press of Oklahoma published Nicodemus: Post-Reconstruction Politics and Racial Justice in Western Kansas. Hidden Heritage the 3rd book in her mystery series published by Poisoned Pen Press was selected by Kirkus Reviews as one of the best mysteries in 2013 and one of the best fiction books.
